We had an amazing time out on the water with Paradise Watersports, thanks to our fantastic jet ski guides, Alec and Tobias! From the moment we arrived, they were organized, professional, and friendly. Before we even left the dock, they clearly explained the rules and made sure everyone understood the laws of the water, which made us feel safe and confident.
Throughout the trip, Alec and Tobias were great leaders—always attentive, encouraging, and fun, while still keeping safety a top priority. It was clear they cared about everyone having a good time and following the guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Had a great time cruising around the inlet and Assateague. Dylan, our Capt, was very knowledgeable about the area. Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins or horses, so it's a hit or miss on those experiences. Overall, it was a great time to be on the water.

I wanted to give minus stars but there is no option like this.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this jet-ski vendor. The crew was not friendly or helpful—in fact, they were outright rude. Shockingly, they started picking on us during the ride and even went as far as removing the key from our jet-ski while we were still out in the middle of the water. This was not only irresponsible but extremely dangerous.
I do not recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a safe or enjoyable water activity. There are many other options out there with better service and staff who actually care about customer safety and experience.
Especially Tobias and Alec were the worst person in this whole experience. They don’t know how to talk with customers respectfully.
