Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront

What a great stay! The room was beautiful and the view was perfect. Check-in was a breeze in the lovely decorated lobby. Our room was clean and we thought the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was lovely! We were down for a long weekend in December and it seemed full. There’s a bar/restaurant, coffee and breakfast, and a beautiful deck that I imagine is amazing in the summer. And you can’t beat the oceanfront views.

I do see a lot of comments about beds being uncomfortable, which I think is subject to what you’re used to at home. Our home bed is very plush, and the Hilton bed was less plush than ours. But it was still very comfortable and we slept great both nights. Also loved the pillows so much!

This is also a dog friendly hotel! We did see some dogs throughout the hotel, but didn’t hear anything at all in our room.

We would 100% recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

As others have said, outstanding location, on the dunes. Boardwalk a short block away. Every room faces the ocean. The heated pool is a proper length for swimming laps. Exceptional staff throughout. There’s even staff for assistance with luggage. And the hotel is so dog friendly! Large parking lot. Clean rooms, with nice big balconies. Beautiful and inviting lobby area. Looking forward to returning!

UPDATED- SEE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS Upon my arrival in the main lobby the overwhelming scent of evergreen room deodorizer/fragrance permeated my lungs and caused me to start wheezing within minutes. The unbearable scent was circulated throughout the hotel. What should have been a glorious vacation turned into an asthmatic nightmare. I had to set up my emergency nebulizer machine and struggled to breath. I kept my balcony door open as often as possible but I intend to let the owners know that many people are susceptible to strong scents. My trip was absolutely ruined.
Now Adding an EDIT to state that, aside from my personal crisis with the scents, the hotel was very comfortable and employs courteous, efficient staff members to keep it running smoothly. Fantastic views and location as well. Additionally, the Assistant Manager was extremely helpful in resolving a payment issue with my credit card. In summary. As long as you don’t have asthma this hotel is great!
