Come back from the beach and take a dip in our swimming pool or head to your room to enjoy the cool AC for a while and chill out in front of the TV. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Dunes Court was so close to the beach and at the end of the boardwalk so no noisy crowds. The front desk staff were very nice and extremely helpful.
Room- Poolside view: the room was decent, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. When we first arrived, I checked the beds and there were no bugs but strands of hair and a fingernail on the mattress protector. I asked if housekeeping could bring fresh linens and they did.
The bathroom is kinda outdated and the toilet was looooooowwwww.
Overall room was okay, AC unit was making a weird noise, but worked.
There was a pool and that was nice and kept clean. Now just to be clear, Dunes Court does not have a continental breakfast, but there was free coffee by the front desk. Also, there are stairs, so be prepared to take a few trips if you are bringing a lot of items. I almost forgot, PARKING, You will need to try and get a good parking spot bc they fill up fast. Remember to have your parking permit visible so you don't get a ticket or towed.

overall the experience here was ok, however wifi service was terrible. it constantly disconnects due to too many users. the water pressure in the shower was really low and the placement of the faucet was also too low. it made it uncomfortably hard to do simple things like wash hands and brush teeth. the double beds are small for two people. i do not recommend booking this if you plan to share a room with another couple, could definitely feel tight and congested. i love how close of a walk it is to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops.

Our room looked clean at first glance, but as soon as you walk inside, you can smell the mold!! We made a complaint on the first night (my partner and I are not confrontational people, and tried to be very nice and apologetic about it btw), and was told they would send house keeping over to check out the room and to possibly move us in the morning. That did not happen. Throughout our stay, we would keep our door open to try and ventilate the room. We planned on staying until 11am on check out day, but the smell of mold was so exasperating, we left at 7am instead. Now my family and I all have stuffing noses and itchy bodies from sleeping in mold air. The AC also didn’t work. We would have requested a refund, but the money probably wouldn’t have been processed right away, and we were already on a tight budget and wouldn’t have had the funds to book somewhere else. We currently have all our stuff sitting outside because everything smells like the mold. At least the pool was nice.
